Greetings from the Frozen North
Hello there!
My name is Magnus and I'm here to learn more about starting my own Lego city. I've already got a concept going, which is a town focused on providing services for the space agency installation nearby. So far I bought set 60215, the Fire Station and 60228, the Deep Space Rocket and Launch Control.

As far as I can tell, most of the Lego builders around me are focused on making new creations rather than just building from box sets, which is why I came here for advice.
Are there any sets you can recommend for expanding my concept?
Do you have any tips on planning the city and surrounding areas?
What kind of tables do you use to display your Lego on? (Obligatory Ikea joke here)
Thank you in advance and I hope to talk to a lot of you :)

I recommend you browse a bit as there are quite a few different discussions that may be of assistance. And there’s great love for Ikea. :o)
And a hint: if you prefix your set numbers with #, a script will run and create a link to the Brickset page for that set. Saves a lot of time creating links :)
