Reminder: LEGO Con 2021 later today

The first LEGO Con virtual event begins later today at 5pm BST, 12pm EDT and 9am PDT.

There's a wide variety of sessions planned, covering everything from Minecraft to Technic. Of most interest to us, though, is a Star Wars set reveal, which the rumour mill is suggesting could be the UCS Republic Gunship.

It'll be hosted by Melvin Odoom, presenter of UK LEGO Masters series, and Michelle Khare.

You can watch it for free at LEGO.com/legocon and if you miss it you'll be able to view a recording after it's finished.

    I tuned in out of curiosity and 1 minute in...

    ...That looks about right.
    To be fair they restored the live feed eventually.  I hung around for a few minutes, it was kinda cringe.  I actually felt bad for them at a few points.  Not for me, hope others enjoyed it.

    I stayed until the bitter end... Highly disappointed.. My 10 year old lost interest after the minecraft portion.

    I watched most of it ... too much focus on themes I don't care about and far too much hype

    I quit watching after the first half hour of the snoozefest.  I was really only interested in seeing if they would show anything new for Harry Potter so once that waste of time segment ended I was done watching.
