    It looks like shipping is perpetually 29 days out.  If I get a notice on July 31st, I bet it says it will be shipped by August 29th.
    August 4th and now I'm told September 2nd.  Still 29 days out.  Still super annoying.

    On August 11th, I'll be told September 9th.

    How long will this be delayed for the United States?  This is insane!
    You were close. Email on August 11th, will be shipped by September 10th...

    My Venetian Houses moved to Sept 10th, too.

    And yet some people have started receiving them.  So there's hope we'll be somewhere down the line, but I'm getting annoyed as well that everything is delayed, and to be reminded so often.  Especially with the size of my second wave contribution...

    This may belong in the unpopular opinion thread but I’m good with these being delayed a bit so I can spread them out a little from the August releases.

    Another week, another delay from Lego on the bowling alley.  It's August 19th and they're saying September 18th.  If the first three of these e-mails were accurate, I'd have had it delivered by now, but they keep pushing it out.  Do they realize how frustrating this is?  Just tell us straight up when this will arrive because I absolutely DO NOT believe the September 18th date.  Won't arrive for 6 months or until late 2023?  Fine.  I don't care anymore.  Just be honest and stop it with these estimates that I doubt anyone actually believes anymore.

    ^Maybe they really don't know when it will ship so they keep standing on a prayer that it will be ready by that date?

    Unrelated since not Designer program, but I Ordered a set from May the Fourth and it keeps getting delayed since then. Everytime I check it it claims it will ship out by the date I check it only to not have it get sent out yet. So who knows. I'm sure they are backlogged. 

    But I get the frustration in them pushing it back. They should do the typical customer service approach and underpromise/overdeliver. So give a date way out there so people accept it and then when it gets ready sooner, the person will love LEGO even more, even though they didn't do anything special. Business!

    There are absolutely still huge delays in ocean-bound shipping at the moment.  Port congestion and a shortage of personnel and equipment can make it really hard to predict when anything will actually arrive, and they are not problems that are going away.  There are still a decent number of ships that are having to wait anchored offshore for days or even weeks before they can get into port to be unloaded.  All this is to say that I absolutely get the frustration around the dates being pushed back (and I've been frustrated too!) but I can promise you that LEGO doesn't want the headaches that come with those push backs any more than we do, and they are quite likely running into the same situation here that many manufacturers and shippers are.  It would probably help a lot if they were more open in their communication about WHY things are being delayed, or at least had a regular page that they could point to that laid out some basics about the whole situation whenever they did have delays like this, but I'm also not surprised they don't have anything like that since they are historically pretty tight-lipped about operations.

    EDIT:  To clarify, in case it wasn't already clear; I'm talking about shipping delays because there's a good chance that the sets were already shipped from their main distribution hub some time ago, and are currently running into delays getting delivered to their secondary regional distribution hubs, which is then delaying the final shipments to the buyers.  This is also the most likely explanation for why some regions have been getting theirs delivered before/after other regions.

    I haven't gotten a delay notice on my Bowling Alley since September 6th...more than a week ago!  Here's hoping it actually ships on or before the promised October 4th this time.  Those constant delays were getting ridiculous!

    My fish tank has also shipped. Now I'm waiting for... wow... I don't even remember which other one I ordered, it's been so long! Winter Chalet? Was that in Round 2? 

    Nope. That was Round 3. Aquarium might be my only one in Round2!

    I too got shipping notice on my fish tank. I honestly wasn't expecting it until at least October based on previous emails and such.

    My Venetian Houses just jut pushed again to Oct 13th. At this rate it will be on next year's Lego budget.

    Good thing you guys wrote about this, I double checked my Canadian credit card and there it is, finally charged as of today.  So it's Venetian House, Retro Bowling Alley and Lego Store on their way for Canadians!

    Lego Store, Retro Bowling Alley, and Venetian House received in Canada!  Now I wish they had accepted my address change from months ago, but at least I had people to receive them!

    Got my Modular Lego Store yesterday. Looked at it; after a long three seconds - listed it on eBay. I have all* the modular buildings, but this one is lacking, so it's gone.

    * I do not consider bricklink exclusives to be included in official series. #notamodular

    Yeah, I have all* the modulars too.  (I also don't personally count Market Street among them no matter what Lego may feature in their lists.  It was a fan-designed Factory set and will never be retconned in my mind.)

    Was tempted by the Modular Lego Store, but it really felt out of place with the oversized front door and giant windows.  Also, like most Ideas submissions, really lacked the polish that Lego tends to put into its sets to have them really feel thoroughly and intricately designed.

    I don't know what people have about the door and windows: that's exactly how all the Lego stores I've visited look like!  They all have these huge windows, and these glass doors where a giant could pass through.

    Is anyone else missing an orange 2x2 slope, for the roof of the first building? I had an extra of a different orange slope, so it seems like they made a mistake. I've requested a replacement from Lego Group.
