Release date confirmed for final LEGO VIP coin

LEGO has today announced that the final VIP collectable coin, inspired by the classic Pirates accessory, will be available on the 20th of May.

Previous coins have proven remarkably popular and I anticipate this coin maintaining that trend. Fortunately, it has also been confirmed that these coins will be returning later in the year, providing another opportunity to acquire those which you might have missed.

Glad they are making more of these. Really it made no sense for these to be redeemed to being  out of stock so quickly when LEGO knows how many VIP members there are and had to figure at least half of those would want the option of getting such a collectible item. I get they probably do not want these cluttering up a warehouse, but I believe even if they made 'too many' there would still be new VIP members every day that would want them.

I think they were something like 1150 points, so somewhere between £7-£9 and probably same in Dollars
