UK Looking for help on pricing of 10123 Cloud City

So as the title suggests I’m completely lost on the original Cloud City’s value.

Mine is BNIB but Bricklink has very few sold items and I’m hoping some helpful and more knowledgeable member on here could give me an idea on value ?

Im looking to knock a couple of hundred pounds off for pickup for cash and ease on my part but need a starting price to do so, any help would be massively appreciated.

There was a £1600 one sold on bricklink. I'd go for that for cash on pickup. Maybe offer at £1800 and come down to that. The problem will be finding a buyer though.

@CCC thanks, that’s  great. I had an offer of £900 but thought that might be a bit low, maybe £1400 might get a quicker sale, if, as you say, I can find another buyer.
