Selling CMF - never sold before

I've never bought Lego to sell it before, but a few weeks ago I found an old Lego Movie 2 minifig box in Smiths - I'd missed them first time around and I really wanted the Wizard of Oz figures and giraffe suit guy; as I wasn't allowed to root through the box I bought what they had left.  I've got the WoO figures and the giraffe and now have a bunch of other figures to shift, including a full set.  However, I've never sold on eBay or here before, so...

I've identified all figures using the feel technique, no opening of packs.  I'm wary that selling them sealed leaves me open to people saying I've sent the wrong ones (even when I'm 99.9% sure I'm right, technically I can't prove it), so do I open them to double check or risk sending them sealed, and...

I'm not bothered about making a massive profit but need to cover my costs and ideally cover the costs of the ones I wanted plus wastage of ones I don't sell.  I'd also prefer to sell to Lego fans rather than resellers, so should I sell on here or risk what appears to be the Wild West of eBay?

I appreciate any help/advice you can give!

I've sold lots on ebay and always list the item as "new, packet opened to verify contents and then sealed in a zip-lock bag", I've never had a customer complain. As for price, list it at a price your comfortable with, remember you will have to pay fees from ebay and paypal. Personally I always list the item as free postage and just add that cost onto the starting price of the auction.

You can also put a post in Marketplace here in the forum to see if there is any interest.

Yeah, just open them. It doesn't really affect the value of these ones, they are very common and not worth much so the sealed vs open has little effect as most people collecting sealed packs will already have them. If you had found a load of S1 and S2 the advice might have been different as the number of sealed packs of those left on the market is much lower.
