How to create a Lego MOC from a dwg rendering of a house

Hello.

I am in the process of building a Lego neighbourhood and have been buying the modular sets, train tracks, as well as looking at the creations within The LEGO Neighborhood Book (1 &2) to extend out the streets

What I would like to know is; what effort is involved in converting an architects elevation rendering of a house currently in a dwg format, into a Lego house? Is there something that can auto convert, or is this a manual task? If manual, is there somewhere I can go to figure out how to start it? Is there a service available for something like that where someone could do it on my behalf if learning to do it is too onerous?
