I think it's fair to say that the VIP programme has not met everyone's expectations recently.

In recognition of this, LEGO's VIP team has just launched a survey to gather your feedback in the rewards centre.

So if you'd like to tell them what you think of it and what could be improved please go ahead and let them know!

I saw a guy selling the Pooh Illustration set for $120.00.  I screenshotted that and attached it to the survey.  

I reiterated that making a VIP award choice so scarce that people willing to trade in a disproportionate amount of VIP points to get one would resort to paying 1000x times the cost of the award choice is just plain ridiculous.

(That's a terribly worded sentence.)
