Hello fellow Bricksetters!

I have a USED but only owned by me and displayed before being put away Ninjago City Docks available.  I could spend the time to do inventory - but can tell you everything is there.  If anything was ever missing I would ship out immediately.  I have a pet and a smoke free home.

In terms of price, a bit difficult to get too as there are only 2 copies on bricklink currently that are NEW and the lowest one is $800 USD - while the overall price seems to have skyrocketed recently.  Only looking to offload for sale at this time; I would like to offer this at a 25% discount at current offerings so looking for $600 USD plus actual shipping including insurance via venmo or paypal F&F.

I also have a new and great condition Amelia Earhart Tribute #40450 I am looking for $20 USD for plus actual shipping and a The Monster Book of Monsters #30628 for $25 USD plus actual shipping.

I am willing to ship internationally if buyer is willing to pay increased shipping/insurance rates.

I have a number of other sets available as well - I will update this thread as I get to them but all will be described in detail.  Thanks for looking everyone.
