Good deals on some of the Technic Vehicles & the Disney Castle.  Not so much on anything else to me.

I’m really tempted by that Technic Liebherr! $100 dollars off of retail is hard to pass up...

One word of caution - some of the sets on that site have inflated RRP listed.

I was pretty leary about them but I ordered the classic Batcave deal with the free CMF and free shipping that was on the homepage a few months ago. It all went perfect, though I was a little surprised that I ordered from Zavvi US and it shipped from Zavvi UK.

Tempted by the discounted Chiron but unfortunately too many other bills this month. Still can't justify anywhere near the RRP for the bigger Technic sets so here's hoping similar price drops still happen over the summer months as hopefully things start to open up more again

How legitimate are shops like this?  I fear the offers are too good to be true, maybe they're selling counterfeit.  I only buy from Lego, Amazon (ships/sold by Amazon only), and Target.

Zavvi is a respected and trustworthy vendor which has been featured numerous times on Brickset.

The only thing I don't like about Zavvi is that, as noted above, they do often mark their prices to above RRP, and so sometimes even their 'good' sales are... less than stellar.  That said, they've been my go-to for several larger sets that we just don't see on decent sale in the US, like the Sian, the Bugatti, the Disney Castle, the Liebherr, etc. etc.

I have also seen reports from people about exceptionally poorly packed boxes from them, but my own experience has actually been that they've had some of the best packing of any of the major resellers I buy from.  So your mileage may vary on that front as well.

Went ahead and ordered the Disney Castle from them. Paid with Paypal to have an extra layer of protection, just in case. We'll see how it goes!

I ordered the Porsche 911 with the discount code yesterday. It was my first order from them. How long does it usually take for them to ship?

If it’s in stock, it usually arrives pretty quickly.  My blue Fiat arrived quickly and intact.

I have had a range of delivery times. Some take a week, I recently had a delivery take a month and a half.

I won't be buying from them again any time soon.

Why? Your experience above sounded positive.

I placed a second order. A preorder of the new Super Mario Luigi starter set to get the free polybag. Waited and waited while other places like Costco put the set on the shelf (at a discount even). It wasn't until I finally confronted them by email that they shipped the set. The polybag was shipped separately, and twice the polybag was "refused and returned" even though delivery was never even attempted either time because someone was home both times it should have been delivered. They never attempted to send the polybag a third time, so I ended up having to buy it elsewhere.

I recently ordered a few blue Fiats to be shipped to Belgium. I got an email from customs with the request to pay custom taxes plus fees, which was in total more than the value of my order (about 250 euro). I of course declined. I guess I was one of the unfortunate that got their package checked.

Not impressed so far. My order on November 27 is still “Awaiting shipment”. I got an email today notifying me that nothing has changed 🙄
Unfortunately, the items below from order number NNNNNNN are still delayed in being shipped out. We’re keeping an eye on your items for any updates, and will alert you as soon as possible when your they're on the way.

They now say they’ve shipped it. From Basildon to me via FedEx Cross Border 🤞

Getting a bit worried about my order, as I got a Creator 911 set. Im not terribly worried about it getting here by Christmas (as its not a present.. well, other than to myself).

My order allegedly shipped November 26, but hasn't shown up in the FedEx system yet, which is a bit concerning.

If I’m reading the tracking information right, it appears they cancelled my shipment, but then re-shipped it today. Or not? FedEx seems to have received something.

Looking back, I had ordered a package Oct 8. Then Nov 1st, got a message from Zavvi saying they were in contact with their carrier and a tracking number would be supplied shortly. I followed up with them Nov 15 since it still had not been shipped. Then it finally arrived Nov 25.

My 911 order  was delivered today and in good condition (for the size of the box but lack of padding I was a bit surprised it did not have more dents and dings)

Mine showed up this evening. It was in a Lego outer box with some extra room and air pillows. It’s in very good condition :)
Eleven days from the UK to here doesn’t seem too bad, although there seemed to be some delays at the beginning. The actual shipping was quick - two days via FedEx.

It looks like mine was re-shipped (or something) again today. Hopefully it'll arrive soon. (It's now listed at the FedEx Cross Border Center instead of having departed Technicolor)
