Hi ! I would like to trade #30628 Monster Book and #40450 Amelia Earhart for #40449 Easter Bunny House and #40448 Vintage Car.
My 2 sets are new, sealed and in perfect boxes. I would like the 2 I trade for in the same condition.  Would like to trade for both sets together to save double the shipping costs on 2 separate trades. I am listed as Marshallmario on eBay and have 100 positive feedback. I have also just finished a big trade with Sumolego here and you could PM him about it. I have no problem shipping my 2 first and when you are satisfied, then ship mine. We would each cover our own shipping costs.

Huh? I appreciate the comment but I don’t understand. The first sentence says I want to trade and even included all 4 set numbers?

It is not clear which for which though. It could be:

I would like to trade MY #30628 Monster Book and #40450 Amelia Earhart for YOUR #40449 Easter Bunny House and #40448 Vintage Car.

or:

I would like to trade YOUR #30628 Monster Book and #40450 Amelia Earhart for MY #40449 Easter Bunny House and #40448 Vintage Car.

I should have the #40449 Easter Bunny House set here within the next day or so. But I don't have an extra of the car to trade. Are you interested in just trading one for one?

I don't believe I have much else for trade at the moment, I don't keep a lot of extra stuff around I don't plan on keeping. I do have a number of Viviyo bandmate figures, but I believe that's it.
