Looking for #10267 Gingerbread House

Being that we're getting close to Christmas, one of my sons has decided he really wants the #10267 Gingerbread House. Several retailers around me advertised this set in their holiday catalogs, but none have product available.
I'm turning to marketplace to try and find a fairly reasonably priced set so I can make my boy's Christmas Merry!
