I wish I could just buy #40416! I'd probably pay about $20+ shipping...I know it's probably unrealistic, just trying... :)

    You can buy them on bricklink, for $40-50. No doubt on ebay too. I imagine the price will drop a little once orders with them start to arrive and people start to offload them.

    Maybe next year you can. The mini gingerbread house #40337 that was GWP last Xmas was available to purchase from Lego S@H this November.
