I've just deployed the last changes I intend to make to the site this year, because we are now in the busiest time of the year and I don't want to cause any unnecessary disruption.

The changes are in response to ideas added to our suggestion box:

  • Random minifig browser. While I was at it I thought I might as well do a random parts browser as well.
  • Minifig listings can now be sorted by date added to the database.
  • Minifig listings now show additional link(s) 'Appears in themes'. This solves the problem of wanting to see just minifigs that appear in Marvel Super Heroes sets, which is not currently possible because BrickLink puts all Super Heroes figures in the same category. I'll explain more after the break.
  • Additional filter added to set listings to show sets that are released, sets that have or do not have images, and which are, or were, available at LEGO.com.
