Resurrection!

So, I stopped by a couple Gamestops today, hoping to score an extra/leftover Blue Milk Luke poly.  I was told these are now being packaged with the game.

Anyone else have a similar or different experience?  I'm assuming this may be the way forward now with promotional polys and games, but just curious.

The figure is in fact with the game (at least both that I got -as my sister-in-law wanted the game and I know my brother wanted the figure). I am so happy about this too because too often Gamestop used to just hand these promo polys out to everyone like they have 100's of these when they typically only had enough to satisfy pre-orders and then causing people who pre-ordered to get the figure to get screwed out of them when they 'had no more left' (like what happened to me in the past). So happy they come in the games now...

I completely understand your point, @madforLEGO.  I always stress, when asking the employee, only if they received extra.  In my experience, they also check the pre-order list and hold back some extra, before giving me any of their extras.  But again, I completely understand and would be uber-frustrated if I didn't receive the promotional item for something I pre-ordered (and paid full price for).

Does the poly come with ALL deluxe versions?....Nintendo Switch, PS?, Xbox??  Haven't seen that it's comes with it on Gamestop website....just 7 extra character packs.

I've done that in the past. I would ask if they had any extra leftover. Plus I'd usually wait a good week or so before checking IF I also happened to be in the mall next to the store. So I can safely assume I never took any figures away from anyone. Outside of the Bilbo morning coat figure, they usually would just laugh at me when I asked if they had any because why would they give something away for free.

As for this game, I've seen the pictures so yeah definitely sealed with the game which makes sense. Wasn't that how the Iron Patriot figure was at Walmart with that game? And that was forever ago, so it's about time GameStop caught up.

Gamestop has not handed out any Lego minifigures for at least a few years.  They have been packaged with the games for a good while now.
