Yeah I sure most people will be of the 'buy one to keep, buy one to sell on ebay to at double the price to recover that terrible set cost' mentality.

I could order it - but it's not shipping for 30+ days.  You'll get an e-mail indicating as much.

Mine isn't cancelled. Walmart is apparently selling it too.

Are you sure it was cancelled? I received an email from Lego stating that it wasn't going to be shipping immediate which at first I thought was a cancellation.

Yea it cancelled for me.  I got a email saying "We're really sorry, but your recent LEGO Shop order has been cancelled because it went above our purchase limits for the following items: 77906."  I ordered x3 and it was cancelled soon after.  Then I ordered just 1 and I got the cancellation email again for the 1.

Being a “limited edition” set, I was wondering how long this would last...

Just for reference, my order hasn't been cancelled - just backordered.  So we'll see how that shakes out!

LEGO canceling an order placed by the @SumoLego?  Pfft...I think not.

Yeah, well... I didn't get a Bat-Pod a few years ago.  So it happens.
