First picture of new City set

StoneWars has just posted a picture of a new City set that's been found in the shop at LEGOLAND Billund.
60271 Main Square has a lot crammed in to it including a town hall, diner, monorail and performance stage. In fact, it seems to lack any sort of coherence at all.
It's not know when it will be available elsewhere but if it was going to be sold at LEGO.com tomorrow I would have expected the set to be listed there already.
