If that had been a non-red bike, with the two birds, I'd have been all over this. Just hope it means some more birds hitting the secondary market.

They are sausage delivery doves. Don't you have them in the US? Here, we have specially trained doves that deliver sausages to customers. They are a bit like Amazon delivery drones that deliver to your garden, but the downside is that you have to cycle out to the countryside then climb a try and hold out a basket to catch the sausages.
