{US} FS - LEGO Creator Detective's Office 10246 - NIB

Hello Fellow Bricksetters:

It's time I put a new window in my living room (for many reasons) so in a half gusto attempt wanting to see if I can sell a copy of the DO #10246 to a Bricksetter as a quick and easy transaction.

Specs:

NIB no major indentations - I can easily send pics upon request
Stored in climate controlled closed area - no sun or smoke
Willing to ship in bags to cut down on shipping cost
Will charge actual shipping and willing to go international if we do some sort of insurance/tracking

Price:  $355 plus actual shipping via paypal friends and family payment (I have 100% positive feedback on BrickLink and positive feedback here on the Forum).
 - Not an expert at this - but the cheapest in U.S. new is $379.99 and does not sound like it is in as good condition as mine.  Ebay shows similar pricing.

Bump. Would do $330.  Also would trade for Classic Pirate sets NIB. I’d preference Islanders or Ships.
