What sort of £ value do the business cards typically attract?

Really difficult to price, but looks like anywhere from £50 to £500+ based on eBay sales (depending on the desirability/rarity of the minifigure). Happy to hear valuations from anyone who's bought/sold them before though, in case I'm way off.
