Review: 40428 The Joker

40428 The Joker is one of four Brick Sketches that are being released in June. They are the brainchild of AFOL-turned-LEGO-designer Chris McVeigh, who joined the company a couple of years ago.
Chris and I go way back, so it's great to finally see what he's been working on.
The sets only arrived an hour or so ago but I wanted to get the first review out ASAP, so forgive me if it appears a bit rushed.
