Does Anyone have Experience with BrickTrainDepot.com?

I stumbled across bricktraindepot.com by happenstance and am in awe of a few of the models. A few of the trains remind me of some of the Lionel models that were in my family for decades.

Needless to say, I'm interested in building two of the models:

Does anyone have experience with the instructions? How much their models usually are if pieces are ordered off of bricklink? Etc?

Any help would be appreciated.

$35 for a set of pdf instructions is too pricey, in my opinion.  And Anthony Sava has his own website where he sells instructions for much less than that.
