Any advice on selling factory sets 4000002 and 4000015 LOM?

I am considering selling set #4000002 LOM Moulding 2011 and #4000015 LOM Building B. As these are pretty valuable, I wanted to ask your advice on selling them.  What kind of agreement would best protect me the seller but also the buyer? I have only done a couple of trades here on Brickset, but I have a Bricklink store with 100 plus feedback. Any suggestions are welcome ...

Sell them on bricklink using paypal and tracked postage is fairly safe for both parties.

Use a reputable shipping method = tracked, signed for and most importantly insured for full value. If you use a service with maximum compensation of £20 to send an item worth £200, you're only covered for £20

    AND

Pack it well, in my experience the biggest risk in shipping isn't items going missing, it's them being damaged in the process... for high value keep the item away from the box sides using another box or packing material and use a strong outer box to stop crushing with piled 10 high in the truck.

I've lost count of how many "Mint in sealed box / rare" sets i've had to send back as sent just wrapped in a plastic bag and crushed.. one was bent in two through the middle.... can lead to a disagreement, had one where the seller (not a professional seller) said she'd refund me ONLY IF the courier refunded them.... my obvious response being if the courier refunds them that's a bonus for them but has nothing to do with them needing to refund me.

Paypal goods and services here or on one of the Facebook Lego groups - avoid the bricklink and eBay fees.

Thanks for your advise! I will put them on Bricklink and probably also here in the Marketplace.
