Will getRecentlyUpdatedSets be available in V3?

My mobile app has a local database of a partial list of sets, and I need to check if any data of those sets have been update / modified since they were stored locally. Calling GetSets on each of them is not efficient and increase TPS unnecessarily. It would be great if getRecentlyUpdatedSets is provided so I only need to call getSets for those updated sets in my local database.
