Request Valuation: Basic Building Set 725

Found an interesting item while sorting through many many bins of Lego. The box for set #725 is in excellent shape and sealed on one side. All bags inside are sealed and the flap was pulled/glue worn off on the "featured" parts display. No idea how much it might be worth, or if I will be keeping it. Anyone have any ideas? Couldn't find any listed on bricklink or eBay.

    If I did not already have this set, Id make an offer. I would guess with it pretty much being new it should go for about 75-100 USD (though someone else may be more of a price expert for this set, I see a new one went for 219 reportedly via Bricklink in the past 6 months)
    It really is a nice set and a great example of 80's LEGO IMO.

    That set looks incredibly familiar to me!! I think I might have owned that one as a kid.
