Been a visitor to Brickset for a couple years and to the forum for a while but just realized I didn't sign up for the forum and never contributed. Got involved with Lego more with my daughter, who is now grown up, than from my own childhood. We built some castle sets, a bunch of Harry Potter, Ghostbusters and Dr Who was the last set. She'd get mad if I did any without her :-)
Started collecting Star Wars and Marvel for my own, got out of hand after awhile then decided to scale back. Did a bunch of buying bulk lots off of craigslist, etc and hit a couple big deals that I was able to help fund my own keeper sets by selling others.
Currently just dusted off my shelves and took down all my Hoth collection because I want to rebuild and lay it out better. Over the years I've been able to piece together two at-at, about 8 snow speeders, 50 minifigs and a few rebel base sets and wamp caves. Yeah, yeah, I'm a bit obsessed, I know. I also have an Iron Man Hall of Armor I want to put together with my Malibu Mansion and a few spare parts to build out like some of the cool MOCs I've seen.
Thanks for keeping the community going and happy to join in.
Tom
