Next LEGO House Exclusive set?

The LEGO House recently announced that the Tree of Creativity exclusive set 4000026 https//brickset.com/sets/4000026-1/LEGO-House-Tree-of-Creativity would be retiring soon, and that a new exclusive would be available in May. Any guesses on what the next exclusive will be?

My two guesses are a brick built replica of the wooden duck, and a moulding machine. The duck would probably be a slightly bigger version of the 2011 https://brickset.com/sets/2011-2/LEGO-Duck employee gift set. The moulding machine would possibly be based on the 4000001 https://brickset.com/sets/4000001-1/Moulding-Machines LEGO Inside Tour exclusive. The duck ties in with the history aspect of the LEGO House, and the moulding machine would represent the real moulding machine minting fresh red 2x4 bricks for the guests.
