Need help with building a hill for a MOC and with the Brickmania M16 MGMC

I'm building a scene for a MOC contest and I want to include a huge hill that also has a steep cliff face. I've never done anything but flat surface before and I don't know how I can make something like this:



Also, does anyone have a Brickmania M16 MGMC kit for their M3A1 halfback? I built the halfback but the M16 kit has long been out of stock. If I could just get pictures of the instructions for it that would be awesome!
