    Anyone else get this?

Looks like feedback about having to choose where you spend your points has been listened to.

@bandit778 yes I had the same email earlier today.

Whilst I appreciate this improvement, it's a little hard to give LEGO too much credit when they made the system worse in the first place.  I'd be a somewhat more forgiving if the tone of the email was "we accept we created a problem but have now fixed it" rather than "Hey look we've improved things!"

The merger of the online vs in store/phone for VIP discounts doesn't seem to be active in the US.  Is this only a UK thing?  Anyone in the US get the email or see a change on the Lego.com (US) site?

Still the same for me.  VIP site was supposedly being updated when I tried to access it last night but nothing has changed that I have found.  No new rewards have been added either.  Did notice a new VIP Experience survey worth 50 points that popped up the other day that I've completed. The questions seemed more like a pshycological profile though.

The Stonebriar store in DFW was able to apply my points in store without me activating any discount coupons online.

as far as i know, you've always been able to redeem points at the till at time of purchase. from my experience they redeem the points at the till to create the voucher for you then apply it to your purchase!

Expecting TLG to update their website is like expecting a rock to talk.

First time I've seen that you can upload a photo of your Target receipt and get VIP points for the purchases.

Attempting to see how it works on a Polybag I got a couple of nights ago.

Some new things I spotted.  Raffles (I think that's the right term?) For 4 sets which relate to a theme, such as history, vehicles, or gaming.  50 points for an entry.  I am guessing it's like other raffles where you can enter up to x amount of times.  I am debating which one I will enter, if any.

Also looks like they are setting up to create a customized Lego Comic book like they've done in the past for Comic Con.  It doesn't say how many points but it seems it isn't really ready yet.

Yes, you are correct.  I do recall seeing that.  Digital or print versions available.  They have the means to do it, so it would be nice to see it back.

It looks like LEGO are going back on the change that PAB orders count towards thresholds for GWP.

This statement appears in the terms for the current GWPs: Pick a Brick (standard) orders are not valid for this promotion.
I still got the promos added to my cart with just standard (not best seller PAB) so even though they say it, it is not be applied correctly but it looks like they are getting ready to renege on the recent change.

Just got part of my order that contained both best sellers and other bricks and received the castaway GWP and spooky vip poly.  So at least here for now counting.  Disappointing change if executed.

Looks like some VIP reward offers, the 1950's Retro tin sign is available, also the #30576 Christmas Tree poly and the Santa build skiing poly (cannot read the set number)

Not sure if anyone else saw these, but the VIP rewards site has the Creator Panda set for 500 points, and a DUPLO build an animal free builds pack for 300 points.

I don't think that's DUPLO, I think some LEGO has eyes on them and stuff, not a bad deal for ~$2.50 in points

Unsure if it's been mentioned but the blue minifig Fleece Blanket is now up for 2000 points along with the 3 retro keyrings for 950 points each. I liked the Panda at 500 but it's sold out.

Must be regional, as there is no fleece up in the US (pity, would not mind getting that blanket if its the one from a year or two ago).

Yes, it's #5007023 Fleece Blanket. I'm thinking of adding it to my order tomorrow.

After getting the 2022 one, I would like to get my hands on the older one as well.  I have been using mine all the time in the basement.
