Set 7961 Box - Question

I saw set 7961 Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator on a shop shelf. The box seemed different, as though the top lifted off? Does anyone have this set, and can confirm? If this is the case, it would be a good move for set boxes in general.

I've got a couple of them (don't ask!)
One side stays conected so the lid folds back. you can get the bags out withou causing any damage.

I have a SW Attack Shuttle with the fold up box while the other ones I have/ had were side opening as usual. Thought it was kind of interesting that the packaging was so different (though all images seems the same)

Confirm what @Thezoofox states above. 2 x tape seals. Great for no damage opening :)

Maybe they'll introduce it on all boxes... (wishful thinking I know). I'd also really love it if they made the boxes a sensible shape to fit the built model it, but I doubt that'll happen :( Thanks for all replies.

If anything they have to stop the ability to open a box without damaging it.
It is because of things like that that people are getting scammed and LEGO is going to lose a lot of money if they continue to use tape instead of sealed boxes.
