UCS Star Destroyer (75252) Issue

I'm in the process of building this and have a slight issue with the bottom plates that are from bags 4 and 5. I can't find that I've missed anything but they are uneven by maybe a millimeter or so.

The left side (bag 5) is slightly further back. The ball joint connector in the back still connects albeit it's slightly angled and strained, and the front of the two red slots (built in step 231) is strained and the piece is pushing off.

It doesn't appear that it will affect anything and I've gone several bags further with no issues, but it's hitting me right in the OCD spot...

Anyone else had this issue?
