Best way to sell Lego quickly w/o eBay

Like the title says. I have sets and "gutted for mf" sets that I'm trying to get rid of because I have too many sets that I no longer have interest in and I need to get rid of it. eBay is a hassle and I would appreciate some thoughts from the community. TIA

I take stuff to my friends Lego resell shop for either cash or store credit if I can't be bothered to list it and am not concerned about the $$. You can also try listing stuff on here to see if anyone bites.

I'm in the air if money is a huge concern. I'd like to get my money back for my star wars sets, but i am torn about getting them out of the house so I can make room for other things. The gutted sets are mostly super heroes that I took the Minifigures from and don't care for the sets.

I have had luck on the marketplace thread here, and there is always Facebook and Craigslist

If the figs aren't present, you'll be hard-pressed to find a quick sale for 'full' value.  Your ideal buyer is someone that only wants the vehicles.

(I've not had much luck in trading/selling the non-minifigure parts, so I treat them as wholesale parts.)

Sorry should have clarified that those will most likely be bulk brick sale or big discount for not having figs. I feel like I want to try find people that want the sets without the figs because they are it there, but I've been striking it with people backing out of sales

I'll again echo the Marketplace thread on the forums as a reasonable place to sell. I've seen people with huge lists of sets, used/new/complete/incomplete, move quickly.

I have no doubt there is a buyer out there, but it'll take time to find that buyer.  As a fellow SH minifig collector, I have a nice arrangement to trade the vehicles/parts and I can hoard the figures.

My best intentions to sort and save those pieces went out the window.  (I still have an AT-AT to assemble from 2014...)
