Do they have to be mint, or just new and unbuilt, even if the boxes aren't perfect?
I can't do those... But I would do $450 delivered for GG, $1,800 delivered for UCS Falcon, and I don't have a Cloud City.
The GG is new in box, sealed. The box is average, not crushed, but not mint either, it has wear all over the box, creases and corner bumps, etc.
The Falcon is actually a collectors edition, numbered COA certificate, but it isn't sealed and the box is in very rough shape. It is new and complete, includes the manual and all original parts bags, but the box is, well, rough. :) Buy it to build and for the COA, not for the box.
Thought about selling it, and maybe I would if I could find a deal on a used one that I trusted to be complete.
The rough one that I'm selling I got for a fair price, I'll make a little bit on it, just enough to buy some Friends sets for my little girl. :)
Admittedly, I have no idea how much this adds to the value of the set.
see these two listings to see the different box art:
Collectors Edition:

Standard Edition:
http://www.amazon.com/Lego-Ultimate-Collectors-Millennium-Falcon/dp/B0017V21EY/
The collectors edition comes with a numbered certificate of authentic ranging from 1 to 10,000 and it has different box art, see the red circle on the front of the box.
The set I'm selling has a number below 1,000 on the certificate.
I suspect that over the next 5 years they may split more, due to the limited number of collectors editions out there.
Or maybe not... If the collectors edition had unique parts, or colors, it would be worth more.
The Falcon is going up on bricklink, the lowest price on there now is $2K. eBay is still less, but I suspect that won't last long. Maybe I'll buy 2 or 3 of the lowest priced ones there. ;)
Same thing with GG. :)
Oh well, ask me again when you're ready, depends on my mood and how full the house is that day.
I also have a 10143 that I'd do for $650 shipped, about as rough as the Falcon, but the parts are all new.
I also own every other modular out there.
Ha! Ok, I'm just teasing you now... That one is in nearly mint condition, so the price would be at a premium. The other sets are not mint so I'm willing to do rock bottom prices on them.
It's all good either way, take one, take them all, take none, no worries. It is Lego, it is just fun to play with and be around! :)
