Got a notification this morning that GE is back in stock at TRU, making all three current Modular sets available there. come on, TRU, we need a BOGO deal this weekend!

Unless they do a BOGO or BOGO 50% it's not worth it... no tax no shipping on amazon.... when available... GE was available last week....

Will TRU exclude the modulars if they have a BOGO 50%?

They aren't excluded, but their inventory system usually limits to 1 each (despite saying 2 on the page), or the items will go out of stock almost immediately. If you see them available during a BOGO 50 sale, buy first and ask questions later.

no tax at TRU either for me (or target, or wal mart, or anywhere else), and shipping can pretty much always be had free at those price points. but at regular price, i'd just as soon have the VIP point, so still waiting for a sale

^^-- the showing limit two but only allowing 1 is the most annoying thing to be honest.. I wish TRU would fix their site. After all they are charging enough of retail that they should have enough money to fix their website.

Don't forget that TRU shares its inventory with FAO and eToys. It doesn't hurt to check those sites too, and you may find different limits on those sites.
