Any recommendations for purchasing certain type of brick in bulks?

Hi I am new to the lego world, and trying to create my own lego design.

However, I am facing difficulty in finding large number of certain bricks for my creation.

Do you guys have any recommendations other than bricklink?

    If yo uare after specific bricks, then bricklink, brickowl, or LEGO's own pick-a-brick (online) and "bricks and pieces", their replacement parts service.
