Having just looked over the sets again I've just noticed that one set has the baby Troll.....i feel like that shouldn't make me want the set more, but kind of does!
I just had a look over the sets as well as I couldn't remember a baby troll. Then I spotted the centaur. I know one of the upcoming Harry Potter sets has centaur in it. I guess the Trolls centaur body would be way too small for HP, but it'll be surprising for Lego to have two different centaur bodies out at once. Very interested to see how that turns out.

@klinton, it's OK. I have a very low threshold for blood, and gratuitous violence, swearing, so I haven't seen most popular movies.

Well, this seems a bit like the nail in the coffin for my hopes of more Trolls waves. A direct to streaming release feels like a bit of a guarantee that the film won't be a giant hit on the merchandising front. :/

Well, the film wasn't quite as charming as the first one. It was good fun though, with some genuinely surprising twists and several laugh out loud moments. I kinda hope that home releases become the new normal tbh. It was nice to watch a film on it's release day without having to tollerate rude people in the rows in front of you.
Lego actually did a really good job presenting most of the important elements and locales from the film in the sets. Suddenly the inclusion of a 1x4 stickered tile in the balloon set seems crucial (Penny Whistle was just freaking adorable in the film). They fully missed what could have been a really fun feature for the Hickory minifig though. The entirety of the Caterbus set (while def my favorite set in the theme, oddly enough) seems completely extraneous. They skipped over what might have been some fun sets like the Funk Troll ship in favor of a vehicle and characters that only appear in the credits scene. I just really wish they'd done the Funk Trolls, hahaha. Hopefully this endeavor was successful enough to merit a second wave. :D
