Lord of the Rings set #9475

pxchrispxchris Member Posts: 2,343
I'm just curious, if those in the know, heard anything back in the day about what set #9475 might have ended up being in the Lord of the Rings line? Were there ever any set list leaks or anything else that came out which might have mentioned what that number was originally intended to be designated for?

9477 and 79009 are other gaps in the set numbers which could have in theory been originally assigned to LotR (or Hobbit) sets.

I once tried to understand the numbering system that LEGO employs.  One needs to find a studded Rosetta Stone to decipher this mystery.

It was probably for a 'Prince of Persia' Ostrich polybag.
