I would say no... for a bulk lot like that you should be getting a better price in my opinion.

Are you buying these for re-sale or collection purposes?

Collection purposes, price for whole collection together is 340€ I think something around 280 would be good price for me yes?

I didn't price them all out, but 34 sets for 280 is 8.23€ per set. I paid on average $5 (4.46€) for the ones I bought new thanks to clearance prices at Target and Walmart. Buying as a lot will save shipping costs and the time of finding them all.

Finall price is 250 for 34 sets with shipping and everything so 7.3€ for set that is really good I think because some sets are bigger that have retail price around 20€.

I think it's a great deal! Had I missed out on the BHz as they were released, I'd have definitely jumped on this.

yes Im completelly new in lego, few days ago I bought saturn V and it was amazing so I was thinking about collecting legos and this opportunity seems really good, also from other guy I have got offered groot brickhead for 13€ it seems like a good price because I cannot find it anywhere

Okey so I was searching a bit for sets of brickheadz that Im missing, I have found theese offers:

All of them are new and sealed, Do you think theese prices are good? Also I dont know about 7 con brickheadz + that tlm2 from walmart. They seem too expensive
Also I need to mention theese prices are with shipping for me, when I was checking bricklink or even lego site shipping was for me 10€ +  because Im from slovakia

Find the sets on Bricklink and compare the costs you're being offered to recently sold sets.

You don't need to ask about every set you find - if you want the sets, and the price is acceptable to you, and you can't find it cheaper anywhere else, then it's worth it (for you). If any of that isn't true, then maybe it isn't worth it.

You're the only person who can decide whether the value of the set is worth what is being offered. Bricklink can help see if it's in line with the rest of the market, but other than that - it's really up to you.

Is there any possibility that the price of tlm2 brickheadz would go down? Based on what I searched I should buy them as soon as possible because they were limited.

I think it was only a couple of the Target exclusive, redcard only ones that were limited to 5000.

The Sweet Mayhem and Benny BHz were Target Redcard exclusives.  The Lucy and Emmet BHz were Walmart exclusives, and also limited to 5k sets.   I don't see the prices on them going down any time soon, unfortunately.
