Parts similar priced 92909 expensive 11950 much cheaper

it looks like I can use 11950 with the addition of two little pegs, instead of 92909 at lot more money.
what does anyone think about this, and who has done it please

    These are two different parts ...

    often used together ...

    How you use them and what substitutions you make depends on the situation. However, both are not that expensive, typically about 50p each.
