@Gav301 Don't think so. Just saying it was sold should be fine.

(Nope - but those interested will see that it has been sold.  If a bunch of your items are also sold, you can 'quote' your original post and make necessary changes.  It also has the added bonus of bumping your thread back to the top.)

The only feedback your store has while selling is from yourself? Kind of suspicious, don't you think?

^Not really fair to cast doubt on the OPs credibility without proof of any wrongdoing though.  Maybe ask in a PM if you are sceptical rather than potentially sabotaging their marketplace post unnecessarily.

I'm not skeptical, I'm just stating a fact. The store "owner" has some other nickname but the only feedback as a seller comes from a user whose nickname is "Gav301". If I understood correctly the OP's initial post, it's his store selling the items. So...
Those interested in buying should be informed when making a decision.

Furthermore, by asking here about said fact allows the OP the publicly clarify the situation - since the post was also public.

Since there was recently a similar marketplace post that ended up being a scam, I prefer to contribute to overall safety.

Nope, doesn't sound skeptical at all.

And still no reply from the OP...

What's your problem, @dmcc0? Do I usually troll around marketplace posts, by any chance?
I prefer to be proved publicly wrong than to see more people getting scammed in the forum.
And with a private message I received concerning this post I'm even more convinced I made the right decision.

@jnscoelho No problem, just felt your original post was a little accusatory rather than asking a question to the OP.
