[US only] For Sale: #76023 Tumbler new in factory sealed box

Hi,

I am looking to get a house this year and as a result I need to move some LEGO sets out (for the down payment and to reduce the amount of stuff to move). I have a #76023 The Tumbler that needs a new home. It is new in factory sealed box -Not a mint box (box does have wear from shipping and storage); it was bought by me from Target online. I have pictures of the box as well for anyone that wants them. Also comes from smoke and pet free home.

Looking for $260 + shipping (to be paid for by buyer). I will ship in a new box with tracking and insurance. I will consider offers.
