Reconfiguring Duplo Figures
Hi all -
I've been getting into Duplo castle/knight sets with my 4yo and 2yo sons
over the last year.
This past summer I made a blog post about reconfiguring Duplo figures to make
custom ones, and thought it might be of interest here!
You can see the post here:

They seemed to have moved away from the pinch pin to a complete one with no protrusions, meaning it's either very difficult or impossible to detach the head without permanent damage
With the full pin, you'd be restricted to replacing arms/legs/torso, or permanently damaging a head (which might be OK if you have something specific in mind and don't mind sacrificing another figure to make it).
Do you have a picture of what the full pin looks like?
