FS (US): Approximately 70 Pounds of Harry Potter- with Instructions and Minifigures

Hi ya'll,

I have for sale a massive lot of Harry Potter.

There's approximately 70ish pounds (approx 98% of it being HP). All of the pieces are unfortunately mixed together so I can't guarantee the completeness of any of the sets. Therefore, this lot is being sold AS IS. I did go through and tried to pull out all the minifigures, but I know I missed some.

I've gone through and cataloged all the instructions/minifigures that I currently have a count on, that list is below. I also went on BL and found the matching price for the set that was in the closest condition. Obviously, the sets on BL are being sold as a single, cataloged set and not jumbled into a 70ish pound lot, so I expect nothing even remotely near the calculated price that is based off BL prices. I just want a fair offer as I recognize whoever does get this lot will have a lot of work to do sorting it- however they should get an amazing deal. Based off the completeness of the minifigures, I'd expect most sets to be near complete or complete. But again, this lot is being sold AS IS. Condition wise I have only noticed some paint wearing on a few minigures and maybe a few scratches; however no pet hair, smoke smell, etc.. Seems to be in pretty good shape.

Here's the list- condition refers to the instructions. If listed as "complete" that means all the minifigures are present, otherwise the minifigures or minifigure parts missing are provided. There are doubles of many sets, if it's listed twice that's not in error.
