FS (UK): Friends Heartlake Grand Hotel 41101

I have a used Grand Hotel for sale. This was built by a child under adult supervision and has mainly been displayed with very little play.

There are a few small parts missing (or we have possibly miscounted):

1 bright light orange ice cream scoops (6254)

1 reddish brown suitcase (4449)

1 trans-black bottle (95228)

4 trans-clear 1x1 round tiles (98138)

1 trans-green 1x1 round brick (3062b)

1 trans-green 1x1 tile (3070b)

1 trans-red Barraki eye (58176)

1 white 1x4 tile (2431)

There might be miscounting errors on other parts (sometimes we had too many of one part) so let's say another five parts might be affected although these are minor as the hotel and the accessories has been built as per the instructions. I would try to replace them, but my parts collection is currently packed up in storage.

Some parts do not have their stickers. The main hotel sign and the ones for the lift are definitely present.

There is no box nor instructions.
