how to save Lego Masterpieces.

How do you save your amazing lego creations? 
I used to take pictures but I sometimes deleting them while deleting other stuff accidentally. I'm using Document Writer now and categorizing by type but what are other ways? I'm very open to suggestions. If there isn't I'll continue using the one I'm using

    On the rare occasions that a MOC is amazing, I keep it built.

    If you ever want to rebuild it, you could take a series of pictures as you disassemble it.

    Build them in LDD (or Studi.o or similar), and you will have the fun of building it again, a record of it, and a set of (not always the best, agreed) instructions how to physically rebuild you creation!
