Bulk baseplates -City or otherwise

Anyone know where I might be able to pick up a lot of baseplates for cheap? Ideally I'd like to get 4-5 copies of the City Stright, Curve and T- Junction plates along with a few base plates in each color. The plain color plates arent bad at around $5.99 a piece but the City plates are like $20 for a pair. I checked amazon and ebay and bricklink but not seeing much.

Lego Shop at Home now sells the straight and t-junction plates together for $14.99, but if you want the curve plate you'll be stuck with crossroads too.
