Good for the seller or buyer?

You can use BL to price up lots: www.bricklink.com

I don't think these are worth anything, they're all blurry, so they're probably made by Lepin. The best thing to do is send them to me and I'll make sure they're disposed of properly.

Probably easiest to stick them on eBay and let the market decide.
Might want to upgrade your potato first, though! :)

I agree, nothing worse than an out of date potato.    ;)

    Check bricklink for average prices.

Following are priced to sell prices: Regular minifigs $1 each. Harry Potter and toy story $3 to $4 each (some individual ones go higher easily). Friends with hair $1 to $2. Friends (or any figures) without hair (or head gear) not much. Friends printed lot depends, $5 to $15. All assuming genuine Lego parts.

Goes without saying that prices are subjective, everyone has an opinion and they only work when particular buyer and seller are in the same ballpark.
