I tried buying it from Harrods yesterday, everything went fine then got an email 2 hours later saying it was no longer in stock. Good idea tho

same here, tried different cards but each time cancelled. I got one off ebay in the end £170.

Do not take any notice of Smyths stock checker. I've found a Brick Bank in Smyths today even though stock said there were none. There were a couple of other sets in there as well such as Old Fishing Store and Technic Airport Truck, also showng no stock.

Smyths is your best bet but YMMV

^ I asked in store about this once; apparently it's to prevent someone reserving one online and someone picking up the last one on the shelf at the same time.

Nice! Already checked my smyths on boxing day, no sign of DO/BB.

I managed to find a Brick Bank in John Lewis Oxford St for iso3200 last week.  I wouldn't trust the stock control system, so if you were to ring the call centre and say 'Have any of the Scottish branches got this set?' and they say no, still worth a look if you're in the area.

The JL Stock system suggests that John Lewis Stratford has one Brick Bank in stock.  Might be wrong, but could be worth a ring?
