Lego Employee Gifts - Instructions?

Most sets Lego make have online instructions, but I can't seem to find any for the employee gifts. Is it Lego policy not to share them and if so does anyone know why?

I really like the new employee set and would love to build the reindeer and sleigh, but can't really afford to buy the set.

I'm still on the look out for these. It's been a while since I have heard from DeMontes, so i'm not sure if they are still around on the site. If anyone could help that would be amazing.

I am still around but I haven’t had a chance to open it yet as I have young children so Lego/Brickset takes a back seat at Christmas 😬 I haven’t forgotten...
