Large lot of Legos43 sets 2 mini fig boxes for sale is it worth it?

I have chance to purchase lego lot of the list below for $6000.00 is it woth it?

Gut feel is it's a bit much for the job lot. I'd want to take that away for $3750 going to a maximum of $4500. It's not quite worth $6K IMO. Nice lot though. I am assuming these are sealed by the way.

It also depends what you are going to do with them. This looks like a reseller's list of stuff they cannot get high enough prices for.

Yes, this looks like someone who bought to resell and they need the money now. It will be a while before they appreciate enough to sell at a profit so I would offer less than retail value as long as the sets are sealed.
